The Grootslang is a primordial creature as old as the world itself that became split by the gods into an elephant, and a snake, while the last Grootslang escaped and Sired a new generation of Grootslang. They are said to be cunning, strong, and intelligent, and sustain themselves by luring elephants into a cave (known as the bottomless pit) where they are consumed.feel free to suggest any mythological creatures or cryptids you'd like to see illustrated next ^_^

well we are still missing some creatures, if you could do at least one it would be a great help for us!
Let me share with you the ones we are needing the most.
Some of them could not be very well known but normally one can find information and references in Google and Wikipedia:
Carthage Civilization -> Moloch
Egyptian/Nubian Civilization-> Mandulis
Persian Civilization -> Simurgh
Sumeria Civilization -> Anunnaki
Inca Civilization -> Amaru
