Not that I know anything about cel shading, but to me the first one looks more appealing to the eyes. The last one has very saturated colors and it looks more like the sun is right in her face. While the first one has more soft colors and it doesn't hurt the eyes at all.

The colors are not important here, and are used for emphasis of the changes.
