He looks really good indeed! You did a brilliant job with the anatomy. Everything is well proportioned and shaded right!
I really like the way his head is tilted to look at the eagle (I'm guessing it's a eagle lol)
The background is gorgeous as well, the sunlight reflecting on the water and on the rocks looks great and the three birds in the distance is a nice touch as well!
