Coat of arms of His Imperial and Papal Majesty, Cesare I. of the House of Borgia, by the grace of god Caesar Augustus of the Roman Empire and Pontifex Maximus of the Roman Catholic Church, Pater Patriae.
This little thingy was inspired by 's fantastic Borgia-Italy-CoA.
And don't you dare laugh at the handsome papa-tiara-imperial-crown-shit, or you shall be cut in four and fed to the hounds of the Colosseo!

Actualy there were much larger crowns .. for example, take a look at this picture of Suleiman the Magnificent and his 4-tier-Tiara (wich he wore to show that the pesky pope with his 3 tiers was a lesser man then he himself
