Β Rebecca was beginning to close her hands into fists. She always have been over protective with Gillian, and could not tolerate that kind of comment. Starting spinning round towards the mocking newcomer, Rebecca was about to respond harshly to her. But when she saw her, she was so surprised she froze and could not utter a word.Β Spinning requires more time and efforts for Gillian, and she would certainly not make such efforts for someone as unfriendly. She could as well respond to that person without seeing her. Nothing could excuse saying something like this to someone like her. In fact, it was even better, for it better show her disdain. Focused on the newcomer, overwhelmed by a cold anger, she had not sensed the reaction of Rebecca.
- You wouldn't even be able to walk were you in my condition, she answered, putting as much contempt in her voice as she could.

What absolute fun!! All is revealed! I LOVE the new, improved Deborah! She has such character and life! I love the fact that she's very obviously toned and strong... she'd need to be! And that beautifully constructed leg makes her 'hopping' much more plausible than the rigid peg-leg (amazing though that was!). She's an absolute triumph! And you can see exactly what she's thinking and feeling!
The expression of Gillian's face is just perfect - SO cross! And her pose in this one is just right - you can tell that she's just about to pivot on her left, more controllable stubbie to turn to face the source of her fury! What a surprise she must have had to see her doppelganger bouncing along beside her! Hahaha!
And Rebecca's face is a picture, too - torn between shocked amazement and amusement at the situation, almost as if she's predicting what Gillian's reaction will be when she finally sees Deborah!
Such a great, humorous, touching story!

No, Gillian isn't mad about this. In fact, you'll see what she thinks about it in a few pictures (#06).
Maybe it's not completely impossible, but it surely is extremely difficult, very risky, and exhausting. In a word, impractical. I've had discussion about wether it is possible or not in the comments on this deviation ). You'll notice that in the text below the picture I said I considered it "almost impossible"
I've not changed my mind. I just didn't want to bother too much about what's really possible this time. After all, it's a fiction work !

I must say it crossed my mind. Not a real fight (I abhor violence) but some sort of competition between them.
