Nicole and Andrejs performing Kalari on the Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah. Photographed by Tom ClarkKalari is the oldest form of martial artistry practiced in the world today. Flow Yoga in Salt Lake City is the only studio in the US currently teaching it.
Except for a slight bump in contrast this image is unmanipulated.

I had never seen Kalari before that day. Wow, was I in for a treat! They go through the movements in complete harmony and oneness with each other. It's so elegant and primitive and beautiful.

Thank you Adrian. I'm still in awe myself; to have that precise moment when everything is so graceful and perfect is so rare. It's always such a crap shoot with digital so I am flooded with excitement when images like this happen.
