I absolutely love the hazy mountain and it's . . . i guess you could say opposite mimicry to his bending form.

He's on a small island of salt that's rising about an inch above the water. There is no trickery here - what you see is what was there.

I'm getting tired of saying "oh man, this is gorgeous and amazing and beautiful" but that's what I'm going to keep saying. This shot is the sublime kind of stillness I imagine also preceded the Big Bang.

It was a magical setting to say the least. Sometimes everything just comes together so perfectly on its own that it outpaces anything I could have imagined. This was one of those days. Andrejs is also a very mystical and otherworldly kind of guy. The stories, the stories...

I can't pick the best element on it, because everything is so beautiful.

what an elegant composition; the reflection and its rippled distortion adds so much to this

Thank you. I only began working with reflections since coming to Utah where there's a lot of water to work with. Now I have a passion for it and am always looking for where a model's reflections are in the water. I know that a lot can be done in Photoshop but I'm more inclined to create this kind of magic in vivo now. As I mentioned above the only manipulation here was a slight bump in contrast. It was a very magical experience working with Andrejs and Nicole out there.
