the Commonwealth Boomerang was a bit on the stubby side...the RAAF did have other more aesthetically pleasing planes back in WW2,such as the Spitfire. thx for the fave!

don,t worry,you,re not alone...to many older Britons,a Spit is almost an object of worship. "never in the field of human conflict,was so much owed by so Many,to so Few"

Have you ever read that book, "The Few" by Alex Kershaw?

You should. You'd probably like it. It's about the American pilots who flew for the RAF before the US came into the war.
I read it a while ago because the Barnes and Nobles by my school was going out of business and I got it for close to nothing Anyway, check it out.

i do know a bit about them,they were called the Eagle Squadrons. in 1940,the RAF wasn,t being fussy anymore about stuff,they just needed pilots,period!{it really takes much longer to produce a trained man than to make a plane,even a Spitfire!}

You made this with a propeller that can move? Cool.

Well, all of your planes fall under that category because you make them so real-looking.

Interesting. It looks very compact, like a Volkswagon Bug of airplanes.

This is your best photo yet lately in many ways, IMHO

More views, closer up, better focus, more difuse lighting, better backgound, nicer shadow, to name a few. IMHO
over your already usually excellent work of course, meaning you are a master modeler but your image editing/enhancements, staging and general photography I think have improved along those lines recently
