I actually burn very easily. I got sunburn in the middle of September doing community service/manual labor that our unit gets paid for on the Olympia.

Yes! And it doesn't begin to look really bad until about 1-3 hours until after you get it.

i got badly burned once when i was out flying my powered models,i just got so into the fun at hand,it was a pretty hot day and i made the mistake of removing my shirt....at the end of the day=OUCH! never again! after that little escapade,Sunblocker was standard equipment in my flight-support box!

Very good chance, especially for me...I've had sunburn more than a few times on the same place (my face) one time it even blistered. THAT was painful.

OK,better keep your helmet visor down in flight,the sun/glare at high altitude is way more intense than it would ever get at ground level! {lots of UV radiation present in the stratosphere.}
