I see. But then again, that doesn't mean she might have some deeply rooted desire to eat people in her subconscious, even if she doesn't realize it. I don't know, this is just wild mass guessing, point is, she doesn't eat people, nor does she really want to eat people. Why eat people when there are so much better things to eat.

Well, she's managed not to eat anyone for five years so far...
But that brings up another question: Why didn't Sally try to eat the other kid, the one whose closet she was living in? (Evan, wasn't it?)

Well we never see Evan again in this series...but if not maybe since her job was to scare him and if she ate him her supervisors would be more readily prone to asking where he went, rather than if she just ate on of Matilda's kids.
