I figured that a lot of my tutorials were getting a bit out of date for my method of working. =/ I know you guys still use them. I guess they need updating, but people have been asking me for a skin tutorial for AGES, so I did one and I hope it lives up to expectations.Enjoy

I think she must have created your own pack of brushes in Corel Painter or Photoshop, do not know what program she uses. Try creating your own, it's fun! ^ - ^ '

Wow, this is pretty much how I go about things, except I suck at picking colors and it always takes forever and never looks as good, haha. Makes me feel better about my painting process. Thanks!

Sorry to bother you with my question but I need some help and maybe you could help me? (Sorry for my english, I'm french).
I draw with photoshop, but I have some problems with the base brushes. Do you use special brushes? Where can I get some great for painting and drawing?

Nice tutorial! I'll have to try it myself (even if I do tend to prefer more comic-book style coloring on my own stuff)
It's nice to see someone explain why they picked the colors, rather than just showing the pallet they used. It's also refreshing to find a tutorial like this that doesn't say, "Oh yeah. And you're only allowed to use the hard round brush. Anything else would be cheating."

Sure! I use Photoshop - it should work with most versions, I think, with only slight differences.

Maybe it's just me, but I find it so hard to blend colors that nicely in photoshop. I suppose I just need to experiment some more
