Good question as there's no button.
(1) Select on the frames grid the bone or bones you want to apply the curve to. These will turn red. Also you have to box select them. Kind of lame but whatever.
(2) Set your curve.
That's all there is to it. A bit counter intuitive as there's no user feed back.
