Well, the cartoon feel to this bothered me at first, but upon second glance, it's lots of fun!

Well Seawing did keep his head in an emergency and organized a fast response. It was unneeded but better safe than sorry. Hopefully he can use his quick thinking in a report to make him sound like at least a compitent second-in-command that he can quickly leavy into a command position.
