I hate it. I wanna start over. I spent like stupid 4+ hours on it already, struggling like a noob. And I lost most of my ugly-faced saved file progress because my software was being stupid today (I still have the half-in-progress saved-file from the lab but darn it). X'')I'm so sorry Zero, you're not worthy for this mess. I created a stupid alien face instead.

MUCH BETTER NOW. MOSTLY. xD
The screenshot is on the top row and bottom-left are the old face I made in early October 2017. Of course, I didn't really like it so I recently remade a new face as shown on the bottom-right. It still could use some improvement particularly the nose and lip area but eh, I'm so done and want to move on to the next project. The model I'm doing will continue to be Megaman Zero, not an ugly-faced weird alien thing anymore. :>

Sorry for notification guys, I think it'll be the last time I'll update this deviation. Okay, I have finished modelling Megaman Zero but ehh....it's so bad. I would show my progress, but it doesn't look too good to post it in my gallery. I'm not proud and ended up having to rush it a lot, so it's left unfinished (I submitted my project two though). Group project delay my other assignments immensely, and honestly I could have chose a simpler character design instead of Zero. His model look simple, but there are ton of new objects I need to add. In recent 3D modelling works I made, I used Autodesk Maya 2017. It's a very expensive software, but it's free for me since I'm a college student. I have been using it since September 2017. ouo

I progressed in more or less a month but yeah, I have learned a lot. When I made this, I understand a lot of things what I did wrong. I also followed the step-by-step video tutorial so this helps immensely too. ^w^

Playing with clay, and play-dough does help give some ideas. XD Since you also have some knowledge in drawing a human body, modelling a body should be no problem. I'm struggling a little because I don't know anatomy. XD

Don't be so hard on yourself! It's not like it's going to look like his face straight away! And it's a pretty decent start. I think you just need a little more practice. It I think the problem is the lower part with the lip needs to go inwards instead of out. It's still an impressive design! Don't give up! You can do this!
