Can I ask you more? I want to change texture's color but don't knoow how. I mean I have 2 textures but have diffirent color, I want both have same color.

I guess they belong to different characters. But you can still do whatever you want.
You can easily do whatever you want using Hue/Saturations. Don't forget to use a mask.
What textures are these? Can you say their locations?

I downloaded from  smutba.se/project/135/, but you know, they use Blender to match texture so...

Using PS, you can do the same thing as in Blender.  You can even do more in detail with PS.

You can make Bake in Blender.

Double the size of the picture. You can add two pictures.
These are the basic things. You can paint in 3D models with PS. (I never used)
It tries to compare the texture on the right to the texture on the left.

I will examine the model.  I don't have enough free time yet.
