I visited NASA's exhibit at the American Geophysical Union's 2013 Fall Meeting in San Francisco and met the staff. We fooled around a bit with JPL's virtual MARS simulator and mugged next to the weather balloon, then the staff had me come over to the Hyperboard during an actual presentation and mime so that they could get photographs to take home with them. So here I am, "pretending" to lead NASA's atmospheric portion of the exhibit next to their famous hyperboard, a matrix of a dozen HDTV screens yielding a jillion pixels of resolution.ΒRelated content

So, you were "presenting" the screens while someone else was doing the same thing? That could confuse the others xD
On the subject of the screen, I'm rather surprised that the surface temperature of the sea right of South America (can't remember the name), is cooler although it's located at the Equatorial line. Just saying :3

There was a pre-recorded Β narration going on. Note that surface temps of ocean are also subject to deep ocean currents and aren't necessarily related to lattitude.Β

Still, I believe the screens got some more attention at the time because how often can you get a chance to see Tycho making his debut at NASA? :3

Gosh I hope not, Mars is likely a one-way trip, and though the real estate is cheap enough, and there's a nice beach, the surfing stinks and the margaritas are non-existent.
