Depends on the situation.  They are expected to try and bring them in alive, but if someones life is on the line (including their own) they don't need to hold back.  That said, keeping them stuck as clothing probably would probably get 9's in trouble if it came out.

Great to see this written up! Dang poor Grinder, I felt it was a well written short fight and 9's is certainly interesting for a 'heroine'.

Thanks for the praise and I'm glad you liked it. Yeah Grinder definitely got the short end of the stick there.  I guess she was a bit too good at being a villain. 

I'm working on 9's.  She might be one of the good guys, but I don't quite know if she qualifies as a good person.
