I don't get the problem with markings ,since the first known My little ponies had markings like that because real horses have all sorts of markings from stripes and spots to speckles. Oh and what about Central heterochromia or two colours in the same eye which is what I have,my eyes are both grey blue and green.

I'm doing a BigMac + Vinyl Scratch, but I'm having trouble with the mane.
She has a light yellow coat from Mac's side, and magenta eyes from Vinyl's side.

Logic:
Her coat was originally the blue coat of luna, but I mixed it with zecora's coat and it came with that color coat.
Her mane has one color of Luna's mane with sparkles, but it also has the color of zecora's coat.
Her eyes are like Zecora's
her boots & necklace w. pouch make her a nature lover, much like Zecora.
Wavy-ish mane like Luna but her bangs resemble zecora's manestyle
