i'm having problems first I have installed the styler and it works but I still have the old xp address bar and fresh button at the top with the new styler toolbar just below it, so I have to address bars which i don't want, how do I get rid of the old xp tool bar? Secondly, when accessing control panel the common tasks on the left are on a white background, not that fancy blue and green you have...what didn't I do lol..thanks

This is according to me the best Vista style theme for XP that is avalible.
It looks soo close, atleast the Basic theme.
Great work.
Now I just need to remember HOW to put stuff in favorites.

Thanks, I think that should work; however, the only way I can figure out how to do it is to change each icon one at a time. Is there a way just to apply the entire Vista icon theme, to change all of my icons at once?

VIPv3_SP. Google it. Once you apply this pack, all your icons will be Vistaized. Control Panel, shell32, etc, etc...

Start by making sure your uxtheme.dll file has been patched to enable 3rd part themes, use "Uxtheme Multi-patcher v6.0" (this is freeware)
Other than that it's simple to use Vishal's themes.

As an update...
I've tried reducing the screen res to 1024x768 and even 800x600 but the effect of the minimise button catching the attention of a mouse cursor approaching the minimise button from the left is just the same, the button hi-lights way before the cursor is over it, but is fine with the restore or close buttons.
Other than that this theme is fantastic!
Any chance of fixing this issue?

My Favourite is Ultimate Black 32 with side contents panel yum yum
It's difficult to find fault with any of your work, the only "quirk" I've noticed is the minimise button catches the mouse cursor way before it should. This only happens when approaching the minimise button from the left-hand side which can make it tricky if you have a few windows open on top of each other, but other than that all is good.
My screen res is 1280x1024, not tried it at a different resolution yet to see if this alters this affect?

It is very nice, but I have a question. For some reason, beyond my knowledge, the Start Menu doesn't look right. The links to My Computer, My Music, etc., are cut off in the beginning. Seems as if there is not enough space to fit.
I use 1024x768 monitor resolution if that's of any help.

Pls interchange between Aero32 and Aero 48 from Appearance tab. You are using the wrong style.

Your theme no longer works once SP3 which was recently released is installed on an XP system. I have yet to try some other themes to see if all themes are having this trouble.

No 3rd party theme will work after installing SP3 cause it overwrites the patched uxtheme.dll file. You'll need to again patch the file. Download already patched file from following link and replace in your system:

Your themes are some of the best I have seen. I installed VsitaVG Ultimate and it works like a charm. I do however wonder why the above screen shots you have posted show the profile picture in two different places on the start menu. Is it possible to change its location from floating half off the start menu like in the screen shots on the left? I like the look of the right screen shots more personally.

I wish there were buttons so i could delete my past posts or edit them, I dont mean to keep posting...so besides the fact that id like to get rid of the top portion of your styler bar...i was wondering why I couldnt see my picture when i click on the start menu...i do have one set.

1. You are using the wrong version. Please change it from "Appearance" tab. There are 2 versions x32 and x48.
2. Its a limitation of msstyles.

Thanks. Yep, you can change the font to Tahoma or any other font from "Appearance" tab. Click on Advanced button and change the fonts.

theme looks great, but im having problems with windows explorer.
on your screenshot it has little blue bars under the hard drives showing the capacity used/remaining. This doesnt show up on my computer, everything else if fine

Just one thing though - I'm not keen on the bright white in the start menu - seems too harsh for me, I'd prefer it to be a very pale grey or blue. Is there any way to customize this?

I think you can change the color from "Desktop Properties -> Appearance -> Advanced".

it's great, only one problem.
it shows all my language letters and russian too, but it doesn't show letters with a line over (like ā, ē, ū, ī ) in folder names in the address bar.
Where there's a letter like this, it changes the letter and after it changes the font to a old fashioned one.
