Description
This is how I delete or move small areas that are connected to parts I don't want to delete or move. You can also use this to colour a small part of the model.I actually forgot two things:
For the fourth step you've have to left click and hold shift at the same time.
Between five and six a box appears, press yes for that.

Umm, I'm not sure what you mean, but if you want to delete them you could try selecting the box with an "O" next to it instead of the one with the triangle shape, and just select the verts (I think they're called that.)that make up the shorts. Separate them from the rest and then delete. If it doesn't help you'll have to explain better.

MMD english is the same thing. Everything is in the same place and only part of that version has been translated so most of it is still in Japanese. Just locate all the right buttons and you should be fine.
