Hmmm, I think, we haven't met before... or at least I can't recall it.
Maybe our charas have, but I am pretty bad at pinpointing and remembering pictos.
I rather notice deer by their sets.
But yeah, I am/was on TEF for a long time.
Trees/Nukilik/Sonne/Tariro/FaolΓ‘n Β are my charas, if that helps anything

Hmmm, I don't think, I am that good at the full body of a deer yet.
I am still training that and fear I might teach something wrong.
But I can suggest you two wonderful books, which have next to other animals also deer in it:
-Drawing Wildlife by J.C. Amberlyn. She is perfect to learn the basics of deer anatomy and proportions.
-The Art of Animal Drawing by Ken Hultgren. A master when it comes movements, dynamics and such.
I don't know if you can find them for free in the Internet somewhere. I bought both of them and I tell you, with all the chapters and different animal types in it, it was worth every single cent.

i came across this and it has been helpful! i just have a question about the bottom of the hoof, i have seen two different kinds, the one you have drawn and one with an extra marking, if there a difference between male and female? and why is there two sets? i hope you get back to me as i need it for a tattoo TY!
