I've used this technique since I started making presets and its done wonders for me. Brings the character to life. So I decided to share this technique with you guys. Sorry if I sound a bit confusing. I'm not super great at explaining things. If you guys use this technique for your presets please link me back, I'd love to see it! Like this tutorial? What do you mean by coyotemange/tearless mod? Is it a mix, or something? because the fur texture doesn't really look like tearlesses... Send me a link or somthing?

But the tearless wolf texture is soft, and the one you used doesn't look anything like his? But when I scroll down to his markings, boom, there is the texture im looking for. But for some reason it doesn't look like the one he is offering for download

Pfft, I took a look at the site again and I keep forgetting that the wrong texture is on there. I downloaded that mod such a long time ago I totally for got where I downloaded it. But, you can still download the texture that I use here--> flywheel68.deviantart.com/art/…

I don't see a difference between the before and after.

It might be your screen, but there is a slight difference between the two. There is not supposed to be a dramatic difference, just adding a bit more color to the preset. You would be able to tell a lot better in game play.
