but seriously, I'm not sure why they give abilities like intimidate or moves like scary face over to the baby-form pokemon... it just doesn't/ shouldn't work... xD Maybe they could consider making it only work on pokemon your evolutionary stage or below, like Growlithe can only affect other baby pokemon, Arcanine can affect babies and second-level evolutions and non-evolvers...
of course, this would be for the sake of realism more than anything else, so it's not going to happen. xD
