Description

Decided to make a simple one as a reminder and since I can't find one about them and I kept forgetting how to do it.

Hope it helps those people who don't know how to load the background image for Metasequoia 4.

===========================================================

1)     Go to the ‘Command’ menu tab that’s on your left side of the screen. Click it to make it show the list of options. (By default it’s already shown)

2)    Search for ‘BkImage’ (or an icon with a picture of a car). Click it.

3)    Now go to the top left of your view and click on ‘Load’.

4)    Pick the image file you want to load.

5)    Click ‘Open’ to confirm.

===========================================================

Extra :
You can load new different  background image in the each view-ports individually.

Edit : Added Part 2 regarding an alternative way.

Edit 2 : Note that sometimes if the picture you chosen doesn't display after you load, you need to turn it ON on another tab. Refer to part 2 for how to do it.

You already had Blender. XD

It's best to focus on one till you are confident mate.

I don't know how to model characters yet, and everyone that I know who can uses Meta. I've only used Blender to make weapons lol.

Well... I think there's also lot of people that used blender such as Digitrex.

I tried blender but I got confused on everything. There's simply too much option with me being no knowledge of what they do and how I am suppose to use them.
I got lost. XD

Still, personally I think blender might be better if you are going for a high-poly model.

Anyway, it should be a bit more easy for you since meta is not as complicate compare to blender. At least I felt that way.
