Ah, indeed this is quite a sight to behold. For a while there I wanted a nice, dark but not too gothic theme for my ol' Windows XP computer, and now you've released THIS and it was exactly what I dreamed of!
An excellent piece of work, thanks for making this!

No worries, man. I wonder what this thing would look like under a green hue. -starts thinking-

Have you considered making a ntoskrnl.exe version of this for the users who don't use Tune-Up Utilities?

Sorry, but I won't comply with this request.
On the one hand I like the idea of stand-alone things, but on the other hand
- not having enough experience in hacking this system file - I don't want to take the risk to mess up your computers. Besides, I personally prefer skins, 'cause they are easier replaceable.

I can easily do this for you, if you provide the 16-bit bmp images. I tried extracting the bmps that were in the .tbs file, but the result was...well...strange. The image loaded just fine with no actions of any sort, but when the 16-color palette was applied, the same result was obtained.

I hope so, but my bootscreens have only been tested on XP pro SP2 (I blocked the SP3 because I use a lot of modded system files).
Thx for the commendation.

That is really cool. Clean, elegant, sleek, everything a bootscreen should be. Great job, and a fav from me.

Thank you so much for appreciating my work. This
deviation seems to become almost as popular as my very first one...
