Description
I don’t know where it is.It’s a practice for pen drawing, drawn by following a tutorial in book. First trial on using parallel line technique. I think I have problem in controlling the tone using pen (and this technique).
Just shoot me, again. Ha! I need advanced critiques and advices.

Good pen work! Interesting technique and hell of a patience to achieve that.
However, I felt that having vertical lines throughout kinda makes the image a little gloomy.

Thanks! Now I only realized it looks gloomy. I just feel the vertical lines make everything looks flat, no 3D illusion; it's my problem, maybe, or maybe not. >.<

You're most welcome!
*laughs don't worry, there are always good and bad things about a particular line technique, which is why most people use a combination of different ones

haha! thanks for liking it. my classmates also like it when they saw it in my sketchbook, although i don't think it's a perfect work it is damn cacat on tonal value and perspective.

Sweet! XD I always love traditional pen!
The only thing I can say is that the perspective looks a little teeny bit off somehow. I don't really know, but the light and the buildings in the background seem a little awkward.
But otherwise, this is so brilliant! XD

Thanks!
Yep, i didn't taking consideration on making a perfect perspective for that. so i just simply drew the lines without finding out the vanishing point. and the buildings look rather flat; not enough 3D, coz the tonal value problem.

thanks, lili! huu huu.. i love this style too (although quite contradicting with the theory "line creates direction", lol..). gotta work harder for it.

Nice, can truely increase the drawing skill by training this stroke from up to right

thanks! yep, lot strokes from up to down had to draw. it's worse when dealing with architectural objects - lines must be straight. big challenge.
so envy my friends can draw damn straighttttt line.
