Are there any chances that you will make a Skyrim vs for Windows 10? Right now I'm like ;v;

I think with StartIsBack and OldNewExplorer it should work on W10 too, though did not test yet.

I'd not be so sure about it, but probably will try anyway. If it works, I'll let you know. And thank you for the reply and awesome work, ofc. ♥

What you can see on the left side does (it's the Rainmeter skin suite), the right side (the visual style) sadly does not.

Thanks!
I'll eventually try getting into theming Windows 10 when I have some free time, but that probably is way further ahead in time. I have to pick up my slack for the time being

Is that Windows 7 or 8?
I didn't make the Win8 port myself, though it shouldn't look like that on 8 / 8.1 either.

Sadly I do not know enough about troubleshooting Windows 8 / 8.1 issues; that's one of the reasons I do not make the ports myself.
I'll try to contact the guy who made the port, maybe he'll respond.

No, you can download it for free (above the purchase button); the premium content (as I've stated) is a way to donate.

I tried both, UxStyle and UltraUXTheme Patcher. Neither one is working.
The close, minimize, maximize buttons are invisible and the Start orb is still the same...

Hey, I'm not sure if I downloaded the wrong thing or what... I bought this and there is nothing but two Skyrim screenshots inside. Isn't this supposed to be a visual style?

Oh sorry about that, as written in the description, the purchase is a way to donate, you can use the free "Download" just below the purchase button.
If you didn't want to donate, I can probably return the point when it arrives at my DA account (in 2 weeks); if you don't mind the donation, then thank you kindly

What would be the recommended way to use the icon replacements? I can't find a solid method to just use them all automatically, and even if it were reasonable to replace them all by hand I can't completely figure that one out either. Just shortcuts and main system icons.

I use Taskbar Items Pinner for the taskbar (though sometimes I do it manually: www.howtogeek.com/howto/28847/how-to-customize-your-windows-7-taskbar-icons-for-any-app/), and Iconpackager for explorer window icons.

Yeah bits and pieces look off.
Sadly I can't look into it myself now, as I don't have Windows 8 installed, but will try to ask around.

Edit: Nope, didn't work. Poo.

You installed UxStyle properly without errors?

No, I used UltraUXTheme Patcher (Universal Theme Patcher). I'll try UxStyle.
Edit: Just tried UxStyle, same issue, poo. I'll go commit Sudoku.

I'm having exactly the same problem, using Windows 8.1. I can't figure it out. The issue is there with other themes as well though, so the issue is not specific to this.

How do I get a skinned start menu in Windows 8 is it possible? The program I have been using (StartIsBack) tries to apply the style but only gets the All Programs -> bit right. Also the text and all seems rather dark and hard to read especially in explorer and the top menu bar (titles) of browsers such as firefox

Sadly I myself am not too well-versed in Windows 8 / 8.1 - hence why I didn't do the port myself.
I have no solution yet, but iirc there is another program that brigns back start menu, maybe it works better with that.
