MY EXCUSE FOR THE NOVELA DRAMA:
When I was drawing Zeph in the first part, I was doing her bangs at random. Halfway through the page, her bangs began to remind me of Falkner's hair. Then, after Part 2, I realized: Falkner's badge is the Zephyr badge. My character's name is Zephyr (Zeph for short). So, Waynaut?
Also, an explanation behind Malta's (Bellsprout) name: In the Pokedex entry, it says something about roots. Roots. Root Beer. Malta! I don't know if Malta is actually a root beer. I don't even like Malta.
Joey made a reference to Call Me Maybe, but who DIDN'T know that.
Also, Silver's song this time is Down With the Sickness by Disturbed.
Ah, and the moon in the first panel is from Soul Eater.

Another great page, a lot of new teammates. Not many of them are very defined yet, but I continue to enjoy Zeph and Kai. Malta is pretty cool so far too, and I'm digging Silver. I hope you make his jam's a regular thing.
