Seems like something doesn't quite fit eh?...
Doing stuff from Underswap is kinda tricky because it's an AU and everyone has their own opinion on what it's like :'D I also had a fifth panel for that last speech bubble but couldn't figure out how to show it so I took it out instead. Sometimes less is more!

Hold on. I may be wrong about this but here goes:
In previous pages Swap-Papyrus was seen alone. His sprite is seen before the RESET. Yet now his sprite is absent and the place is still empty. Why? Is it because the author is holding something back? Is Swap-Papyrus like Gaster? By that he is invisible yet can manipulate objects?
I'd be surprised if I am right. No matter, I'd rather wait and see how the comic runs it's course.

Might be but it be more fitting in a pacifist route as Classic-Frisk is Swap's Chara and thus makes Swap-Papyrus aggressive towards them.

I wonder how long it will take for him to realize that something is not right. Did you notice that he seemed to forget what happened? In his time line? Just thought that was interesting. Because he seems to think that hes in his own timeline and that nothing bad had happened. hmmmm. also where do you guys think that the original UT are? They are differently not home, If they were downstairs they would have heard him calling out to Blue. so where are they?
