Swap!Temmie (temmies would normally be placid/pacifist, but remember how Swap!Papyrus was confused about flowey being mean/"Maybe the temmies might even be nice", so in the UnderSwap timeline, temmies must be not-nice.
And Swap!Chara... In normal timelines, Chara is the 'counterpoint' to Frisk, and if Swap!Frisk was genocidal, then that should mean that Swap!Chara is their counterpoint, and thus NON-genocidal.
