hello! i'm posting this at about 12:30 am where i'm from and i have to go to work at 9:00 am. i'm also pretty tired already, spent most of yesterday at work and working on this. but other than that, this is my very first tutorial, hurray! you guys kept asking for one and you've finally got it! as you can see from the name, its a tutorial on how to produce planet rings in photoshop. and not those swirls that a lot of people call rings! i'm talking about the legit, real thing that you see in my space art! the ones that look like concentric circles, you know, how they appear in nature! spent about 10 hours working on this, but i feel good and i think i explained how to do it pretty well. i'll make another tutorial on how to incorporate rings into and image. you may see that one within the week or month.
