Before this time period there were many ancient races, including ancient Humans, Precursors, Leviathans, Engineers, Isu, Martians (Doom), Forerunners, Protheans, Chozo, Tau Volantis Natives and Cybertronians who inhabited the Galaxy, and many intergalactic civilisations and organisations who had a presence in the Milky Way as well, their history is yet to be explored in detail. Vindicates Assets

The Vindicate's fleet is comprised of one Normandy Class Frigate I (previously shown), two Alamo Class Frigates and one Perun Class Destroyer shown in the image. All ships are upgraded by Stark tech but the sheer size of the fleet shows that Rhodey isn't ready at the current time to compete with the Citadel, UNSC, Federation or go up against the Covenant. These ships represent the start of something, like the crew that adorn her hangar it isn't enough to protect the galaxy yet, but it's a start. These ships will allow the Vindicates to deploy squadrons of soldiers to distant worlds by carrying shuttles and drop-ships to them.

The Perun Class Destroyer is an old ship in this universe's lore (I didn't create it, am just using it because it's cool ) is fitted with tried and failed technologies such as it's Photon Cannons (Photon being a light particle) these weapons were replaced by the UNSC's MAC Cannons because the Photons used up too much power and gave little kinetic energy or impact; in short they were ineffective weapons. Rhodey however shoved a massive Arch Reactor in the middle of the ship and feeds the power supply into the weapon, with the added power she remodelled the ship's old weapons combining them with Stark Repulsors Technology to create the first ever ship-board human made plasma weapon; the Photon-Plasma Cannon, and calculates that with it's new juiced up firepower and shields the ship may perform on par with today's military Cruisers and Destroyers (UNSC, Citadel and Federation) and perhaps even Covenant ships of the same class, by a stretch.
