Yea, I was very pleased with the results of this shot. I even bought a 20x30 print which looks amazing.

You just need a tripod and time to play with shutter speeds.
What kind of camera do you have?

Well once you get the new Minolta D7D you will have the ability to drop your shutter down and get some great long exposure water shots. I can't wait to see how your pictures turn out with that camera, I'm not a huge fan of Minolta myself, I tend to stick with Nikon and Canon, but that Minolta D7D looks like a very well rounded camera.

yeah I love Minolta....have been using them for years now myself....my old manual I simply adore, along with my old Richoh manual. Ya the D7D is looking quite impressive

These are my favourite photographs because of the whispy look you get. I'm still yet to try this with my camera. You've got a few elements in here, Nice to see some moss on the rocks

Beautiful shot. Definately an awesome shot. Good to see some snow in there too. You captured the water absolutely perfectly. I adore these types of shots, mostly because they have so much motion in them. Quite a bright shot... interesting.
