panel 2 of this tutorial will show you how to select all of the motion data and from there you need to 'copy', 'delete' and move to the frame where you think the motion should start

sometimes the avi won't open.
you should note what kind of avi it needs to be.
and also, if the resolution of the video is not the same as the resolution in MMD, problems could happen.

wait this is the wav file tutorial not the avi file one... and I don't know what person could cause problems by loading a wav file??? *is confused* all I know about problems is how to explain why MMD v7 wont work for some people and that there is a way to fix it (+ some other stuff)

if the avi was compressed with a different resolution than you have in MMD, it will say "could not open AVI" or something. just saying XD

That's becuase it can Only open Microsoft.1 AVI Files
