Unfortunately I don't have any actual dimensions for the parts but maybe they could be calculated by just deciding the length of one side of the cube is something and fitting the rest of the measures accordingly
I would really like to see it done irl so drop me a note if you're going to go through with it, maybe I can help somehow.

Existentially, all cake is a lie... Its lines of code written into the Matrix. When we eat cake, it's not real; it's just our brain being told that it is moist and delicious. For all we know, cake could really taste like...like pickles. You just never know GlaDos promised you the cake but it was really just a end reward that turned to be a fictious motivator. Much like Heaven, religion, other illusins inside the Matrix... The very nature of cake itself is lost unto us, because we are just digital representations of real people stuck in a fabricated dream-world....

no seriously Portal (cake is a lie) is inspired by Wachowski Bros and a spin on when Cypher tells Agent Smith the steak is a lie. And of course, the matrix is a metaphor for Brain in A Vat and philosophical skepticism.
Aperture Sciences promised you the cake but you didnt get it and the companion cube represents blissful ignorance of that.
