i prefer this one most, although i think a thinner logo would fit better to the shift website.

Este deve ser o mais legível deles todos, apesar de achar que não liga muito com o termo "shift". Tem uma presença muito forte na web pelo peso das letras. De qualquer das maneiras, bom trabalho
