Put this together and thought someone else could benefit from it as well.I actually think that the loops on this one are planned out pretty well.
This one is more 'anime' style then the last two I posted... well, they were still pretty anime... just more realistic.. and masculine. This would make a good girl or young boy.
Whatever. Feel free to use it. I'd like it if you commented if you plan to use it

I know this is old but may make use of this for at least a general idea of things. Doing heads still scares me hehe.

i have some objections.
i remember that there seemed to be muscles around the mouth. so there should be a polygon bend(or ring?) around the mouth for further emotion animations. but your ring go to the nose!
maybe i'm wrong?

They're pretty ancient (like... from 2007, I think) but I posted several WIP images of models here: [link] And it shows the wireframes of them so they might be useful for reference. They're along the same style lines as this head reference.

Thanks a lot for this, although it wasn't a real tutorial it still teaches u how to start ur modelling. It came it really handy to me.

Hope u like it! It prolly isn't as anime as u'd hope but this is what I felt like making seeing the shape of the face. It's like one of those creepy girls u see in movies like The Ring. It isn't finished yet, made it for a school project (I'm following college on 3D Animation in The Netherlands). I'm gonna start on modelling the body now. If u want to see the rest of the project feel free to PM me I'll update u on how far it's finished at that time.
