Entry:
Stalklops are very curious pokémon, but also very shy, so when they are interested in someone they stalk them quietly from the shadows, running away in fear at the first sign of suspicion. Their eye-like berries faintly glows in the dark of the forest, creating a ghostly atmosphere. The people of the forest believe the first Stalkops was born from the eyes of those who perished on forest grounds by the hands of an evil ancient pokémon...

Nothing much to say. For the pre-evo I just went to a smaller and cuddlier form of Guaraneye. Unlike its evolution, who stalks people for mischief, Stalklops only does so by curiosity, and it's actually very cowardly in nature. It's "origin story" in the description actually parallels the story of the origin of the Guarana fruit in Brazilian folklore, where the fruit is said to be created from the eyes of an Indian child killed by an evil god... It's almost Phantump-like territory, geez.
