High Intelligence. Godzilla is theoretically as smart or perhaps smarter than apes, given how he is able to out-think a variety of opponent and appears capable of strategy. It is also possible that Godzilla is sentient.

Radiation Absorption. [From Serizawa’s notes: "It is mainly theorized that Gojira was awakened by the Castle Bravo nuclear tests, possibly even mutated by them. As such it is worth noting that measurements taken two years after Gojira's supposed demise have noted The Bikini Atoll to have been not as radioactive as it should be, theorizing he may have absorbed most of the radiation."]

Enhanced Regeneration.

Powerful Tail. Godzilla's tail is possibly one of his most dangerous physical weapons that allows him to deal powerful blows on unsuspecting opponents.

Incredibly Determined. possibly indicates the lack of a flight response.

Mentally Unstable. Godzilla seems to have an unusually aggressive response to bright lights such as flares and city lights, indicating some form of mental trauma.

Despite being the only member of his species, he holds a close resemblance to other approximate subspecies discovered in the years following his initial discovery.

The Original King of Monsters. Godzilla reigned as the Alpha of Alphas in the kaiju ecosystem. Eventually, he may have to fight for the throne against the current King of Monsters.
