Description
Today for Transformers Beyond, we're doing something VERY DIFFERENT!!! Today, here's something that not a lot of Transformers fans do about. But here's the creator of Primus and Unicron, the sentient core of the universe-THE ONE!!!!!!The design for The One in the Beyondverse is based off of the statue of It that briefly appeared in the Generation Selects manga, which was our first glimpse of The One ever since It briefly appeared in the original Marvel G1 comic book. Also, that statue was a repurposing of "Giant Robo G-1", an unreleased 1979 toy from Microman, a Japanese toyline that served as a precursor to Transformers and would eventually be brought to the US as Micronauts.
On an unrelated note, an alternate name that the Generation Selects manga gave for The One was "G One". (Get it!)

Before time began, there was only The One, The Source, The Sentient Core of the Universe. We do not know how The One came to be, but all we know is that It originated from a higher plane of existence similar to our world where both Order and Chaos existed in perfect harmony. Throughout Its unfathomable lifetime, The One acted as a sentient core and lifeforce for the omniverse. It witnessed the creation of several multiverses from Its plane of existence and sought to create a multiverse of Its own. After The One created Its own multiverse, It birthed an immortal child from a portion of Its godlike essence to the realm's prime universe, tasking the Child to observe and protect the life of the young universe....

NOTE: Transformers Beyond is a Generation 1 reboot fanfic series that collects large amounts of lore from multiple continuities, especially the Marvel G1 Comics Continuity that began the franchise in 1984 and initially ended in 1991, the original IDW G1 Continuity that ran from 2005 to 2018, TakaraTomy's Japanese G1 Cartoon Continuity, the Unicron Trilogy (consisting of Transformers Armada, Transformers Energon, and Transformers Cybertron), the Live-Action Movie Franchise (AKA Bayformers), Transformers Animated, and the Aligned Continuity, and blends them into a new story inspired by classic G1 mythos, utilizing evergreen character designs.
