Description
The final version is finally hereAlright, so an addition of another square to the inner array, as well as some corrections to the formula, as I later found that I had missed some Elements in the second line of ingredients.
The first 3 lines of text in the outer circles, are the ingredients in the human body, with line one being the most abundant, using normal letters. Line 2 is the less abundant elements, and its written in a coded letter font I made, and the third line is those elements which are contained in the body in only trace amounts, and they are written using Anglo-Saxon runes, the letters that were used for the language that would eventually become English.
The text around the edge of the inner array is a bunch of latin proverbs, under the assumption that the transmutation was a success:
Di immortales virtutem approbare, non adhibere debent
We may expect the gods to approve virtue, but not to endow us with it
Di pia facta vident
The gods see virtuous deeds
Deo favente (peccavi)
(I have sinned) with God's favour (The parts in brackets were added from another proverb)
Gaudeamus igitur
So let us rejoice
Each proverb is separated by a hyphen (-), and they are symbolic text going under the assumption that the Human Transmutation is successful, and a living human was created.

im new to alchemy and will be studying a lot during summer since that will be when i have time. why are there no symbols? shouldn't there be symbols to put the soul back into the body? it doesn't seem like the text could replace that.

You're confusing the function of this array. It does not bring the dead back to life, as is often the main focus of human transmutation in FMA, but simply to create a living human body. The dead shall remain as they are, no one can change that.
On the topic of symbols, symbology is not per se required, it is simply a means. The array of the transmutation circle is a means to an end, a coded message to relay the goal and bring focus to what must be accomplished. Pictoral symbology is also not the only form of "symbols" that can be in an array. Like this one, the text can be symbolic as opposed to direct instruction. The point of these circles was to hide their meaning from the layman, so direct instruction, even in a little known language is not the norm, and it is much more prudent to hide your instructions behind religious and philosophical allegory.

has a lot of references, but I've also just done a lot of reading in the reference library of downtown Toronto.

I was trying to be accurate but simplistic, as with all my Alchemy work. My personal aesthetic preference for Alchemy Arrays, or runic circles, is that one should endeavor to make a simple design look good, and be functional.

Not as much as you would think. I already knew the basic theory and the ingredients, the only hard part was making all the lines fit in. Check out the special effects version in my Galllery.

Thanks, I had to make this one massive because of my underpowered program. Because of the same program it took forever to render the chalk effect, cuz I had to do individual shapes separately because when I tried to render the chalk effect for all the shapes right away, the program would crash.
I use Photoshop for special effects now

Oh wow that's a lot of work... I'm primitive I'd just draw a circle then rub out bits
Yeah same Photoshop's brilliant

I use an old windows XP program called MS Picture it. Its from before photoshop was big, and its very limited, but its very simple to use, which is why I use it.

And you draw it with a tablet or something? Or do you pen draw it and then scan it ?

No, I just mess around with shapes and lines. I can't draw for beans by hand.

Not as long as you might think. The longest part was trying to remember all the ingredients, since at the time I was making this, my ISP was fixing the lines or something, so I had no internet. Like it says in the description, I initially forgot a few ingredients in the 2nd line for v1.5.

Well my program has shape templates, so I usually just mess around with shapes. I only add lines manually if I find I can't get something just right.
