I've gotten a lot of questions these past few weeks about what exactly does a "storyboard artist" in tv animation actually do.

Well in short, we translate the script to what you see on screen. This encompasses everything from staging the characters and BG into compositions, acting, camera movement, lighting, fight choreography, etc.

I hope this clears it up.
