Description
I've gotten a lot of questions these past few weeks about what exactly does a "storyboard artist" in tv animation actually do.Well in short, we translate the script to what you see on screen. This encompasses everything from staging the characters and BG into compositions, acting, camera movement, lighting, fight choreography, etc.
I hope this clears it up.
If you ever want to learn how to do this, I teach this and more over at the Concept Design Academy in Pasadena every semester. (Shameless plug, I know....)

I wanna learn... but Pasadena is too far away... You're doing great with those animation series and I really appreciate your work... (envy them too! hehe!)

Quite honestly I like your storyboard versions better than the final ones xD They've got a lot more expression and foreshortening :]

Ahhh, why is it that us board artists' stuff always seems to have more life than the final product?
Awesome stuff btw
