Description
And it is done!!Thus begins the first chapter of my fancomic,
SUPER SOLDIER CELESTIAL MOON.
I am still very new to the whole process of drawing comics, so any feedback and constructive criticism is greatly appreciated!!
Updates will hopefully be once or twice a week, either on a Thursday or a Sunday.
Soon to follow (because I'm too excited and Deviantart is mainly where I lurk), I will be posting this story on other comic sites, such as smacjkeeves.com and on tumblr as well. Ideally, I'd love to get its own website up as well, and I will continue to keep potential readers posted in my journal, soon to be updated this week when it is all done.

I really like the idea of a modern, western version of Sailor Moon.

Glad to hear you like the idea! I can't wait to continue it, I do have a plot for it and everything, I just haven't had time to draw the pages! Hopefully when school ends and summer vacation begins I will have a little more time to dedicate myself to it.

Awesome!! I should be able to pick up again sometime in the summer - I do have stuff planned, but I just haven't been able to sit down and draw it / color it / letter it / edit it LOL in between school projects and other art.

I've recently been re-integrating myself into Sailor Moon, with the re-release of the manga series, and completely happened upon your art by a lucky accident.
I saw your design for Super Sailor Moon and absolutely loved it! and I've read both your pages, I'm completely digging how you draw them in the "western" style and I am beside my fangirly self with joy for the rest of this!

Looks good so far. I would try out more dynamic panelling though. Give the eyes something interesting to follow as the story moves down the page. I could show you an example from my comic if you're interested.
