tut for making auroras and aurora effects in ms paintany questions, feel free to ask ^_^
note, this can work on the windows 7 paint if you click on resize and uncheck the box marked "maintain aspect ratio". You should be able to play with the skewing without both changing at once ~info thnx to ~ShadiouxHunter 
and if you use this, it would be appreciated if you credit me

i...can't....do....it....i have the new MS Paint, and the skew thing says you have to enter a number between -89 to 89. i tried doing 1 horizontal and 89 vertical, but it just makes the thing one long, skinny line that's slanted.
