Well the hair is a base mesh with an opacity map, covered with brush strokes in photoshop.

She kinda looks like me actually. I think it's the way Samus does her hair (i'm also blue eyed, blonde hair and about the same figure, maybe a bit skinner i am)

Yes, I did rig and skin her with a Character Studio biped, I wanted to be able to re-use the model in different poses, to do further renders in the future (maybe even an animation if I have the courage). In the 3d scene the hair is made of mesh strands (see the wire) but it was just a base, most of what you see here was drawn with my tablet in photoshop with a dedicated brush.
So you really do look like her ? I think I'm going to need photographic evidence, of course with the costume and everything

haha okay okay. People keep telling me to cosplay as her, I'll work on an outfit this summer because she is one of my favourite video game characters. ha ha i'll be sure to take pictures and send it too you

Nice rigging job too! Sometimes people don't rig models very well and they have weird bends to their bodies, but she turned out nicely.

haha I'm actually making the outfit as we speak, I bought a body suit in the same colour and i'm painting the designs <3
