Overall this picture is amazing, my favorite part is probably dark Samus because you made her look like a character and not Samus with a different colour palette... Probably you used the same model and just changed colours, but I'm talking about the character: Pose, those lights on the eyes, the hair, etc.

The composition and background look like it could be a piece of official art. Very slick.
The hair is also good. Must be a pain to render.
Samus is one of my favorite characters, and it's rare to see a piece of fanart as good as this.
I also like the fact that she has a realistic figure. (Hate it when people give her hueg boobs. DX)

Garry's mod or simply Gmod is a game build on the source engine that uses all the models from Half life 2, Portal, Counter Strike source and others. You can place the characters in the scene and pose them or just spawn models and weld them together to build cars, catapults or everything that comes to your mind.

I really lik this, I'm kinda new to modelling and is planning on making a Samus model in Maya, the power suit. The gun is pretty much done and stuff. But what renderar are you using? The latex looks great. Maybe I can ask for some tips along the way?

GJ, Both models look great. I find rigging and Skinning to be a pain but you did it splendidly. You should seriously consider optimizing the Helmet and retouching your normal map to add more detail and texture quality.

Well the armor would take a lot of time, plus I don't find its design interesting enough to have the motivation at the moment. Maybe I'll change my mind, but I have other non-fanart ideas to deal with first
