It's been awhile since I've drawn Mercy ...like...years...SO to make up for my negligence I used her for my portfolio turn around!
first turn around sheet ever! and hopefully not my last!
Mercy is my Character but I give exclusive written permission for the artists of #ModelSheetCentral to borrow her for their 3-D projects on the condition that she be credited to me including a link back to my gallery.

I really like her. Even though she's a larger woman, she beautiful and still dresses nice. It's great to see an OC like this.

It's so nice to see someone confident enough to create a chubby oc! ^^ I applaude you! It gives the character a whole new realistic feel than just any other stick thin and toned girl.

Why thank you! I pride myself in making OCs that more people can relate too! even if they are outside of what society deems "beautiful" they are beautiful to ME.

I used to have a crush on him. -shameful face- And made an OC for him, but then I fixed her up until she wasn't the same anymore. I learned to separate myself and my characters.
And recently I've been working on creating more mutational/hideous/"different" OCs and am starting my own series with characters like yours(but not really?? I need to add a plump gal to my series.

This looks so great Candy! I really love when people draw their characters in 360. I am thinking I should do that with my characters too, I would just struggle with some of the angles.
I think the angles all look amazing here! I really envy how you kept her size/height consistent and how you draw boots from behind and front!

Nice turnaround - I always find the side-profile can be ridiculously difficult to draw with some characters, but looks like you've got more of a knack for this turn-around malarkey than me!

yea that's a huge mistake lots of people make they just take a skinny body and make it thicker and call it "chubby" ... UR doing it wrong! it took me awhile but I got the hang of it!

Yeah, I still do that really XD though you have to think, things kinda flop? And grow in masses of flab rather than just added onto the original shape, kind of

i think it's about about WHERE to add extra weight. for women it usually accumulates in the thigh's, hips, butt, breasts.
but in mens it's almost always right to the belly!
I did too. (just look at the first drawing of mercy!) but I kept at it til I learned 8)
