I thought I give you guys the lowdown on how I make my glowing effects in PhotoShop.So, using one of my images, I madethis for you guys to use, if you're interested in applying my glow style to your own art and characters.
I know it,s a big file, so please, be patient while it downloads.

Right-Click the DOWNLOAD button and go to "Save Target As..." then, open up the zip file.

nice tutorial, but I have a problem, everytime I get to the "Outer glow part" my photoshop doesn't let me pick those options, It just let's me change the different types of outer glows, it doesn't even let me pick the color.

Pretty much any verison... checked with Photoshop 5.5 and CS2 and CS3... so basically it fine...
