I thought I give you guys the lowdown on how I make my glowing effects in PhotoShop.So, using one of my images, I madethis for you guys to use, if you're interested in applying my glow style to your own art and characters.

You mean FILTER > RENDER > CLOUDS, and FILER > DISTORT > OCEAN RIPPLE.

*downloads* slow pc die!!! Oh I totally love this tutorail. I haven't even seen it yet, but I love it. I always admired your style of colouring and light effects *_* *shoots the pc* lol anyway, I'm sure faving this. If you want me to advertise it, just tell me.
